Indian MMA star Mohammad Farhad returns to action this weekend against Pinoy fighter Ruel Panales in Bali, Indonesia at BRAVE CF 66.
Mohammad Farhad will be looking forward to shaking off his loss to Maysara Mohammad earlier this year. He will be looking to get back into the win column. Farhad is the most successful Indian fighter in BRAVE. Apart from his loss to Maysara, his only other loss has been to former BRAVE bantamweight title challenger Hamza Kooheji. His most important victory was an epic KO win over Pakistan rival Uloomi Kareem at BRAVE CF 47 – the KO went viral on the internet and was nominated for KO of the Year at last year’s BRAVE CF 2021 Awards.
Mohammad Farhad is confident about finishing Ruel Panales
In an interview with The MMA India Show, Mohammad Farhad outlined his fight against Ruel Panales. The Indian star is very confident of a finish heading into this fight.
“He just has a little bit of a difference in stance. His southpaw stance is a little confusing for the Orthodox fighter. Other than that, he doesn’t have any advantage over me. No matter how much of a win streak he is in, the experience I have over him is tremendous and he has not faced a fighter like me and will teach him the level I am at. I am pretty sure, I am going to knock him out,” Mohammed Farhad said.
