Paddy Pimblett and Ilia Topuria may not have reached the elite stratum in the UFC, but the feud between the two is one of the most followed among the MMA fanbase, and they are on the headlines once again after reigniting their grudge on social media after months.
Nobody even knew him until I bounced a bottle of his head: Paddy Pimblett recalls hotel altercation with Ilia Topuria
Back in March, Pimblett and Topuria were involved in an altercation at a hotel lobby just days before UFC Fight Night 204 which took place at the O2 Arena in London, with Topuria confronting Pimblett for a tweet made over a year ago.
The two had gone back and forth on social media even after the UFC London event, and recently, the feud has sparked once again after a fan tagged Pimblett on a Twitter post stating that the Liverpudlian won’t be facing Topuria.
“Paddy the Baddy” responded to the tweet in the following words, “Everybody says they want to fight me bro, called clickbait! What do u think he chatted shit for an cause a scene in London? So ppl actually knew who he was 🤣 nobody even knew him until I bounced a bottle of his head the lil bum,I see him all week with no cameras an he do nothing!”

The tweet soon came under the radar of Topuria, and the German-born Georgian responded back at his rival by calling him “Eres un come pinga”, which means “d**k sucker” in Spanish.

Pimblett responded by calling Topuria’s comment homophobic, and the latter responded by saying there’s nothing wrong in what he said.
