It was just another showdown for Pakistani professional kick boxer Aslam Khan in the night of 30th January. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the final match of his career, as in a hapless turn of events, the boxer lost his life, succumbing to the knockout injury.
Pakistani boxer Aslam Khan passed away after sustaining five KO injuries

Hailing from the Pashin district of Balochistan, Aslam Khan was facing fellow Pakistani kick boxer and rival Wali Khan Tareen in an 80kg weight category match organised by a local club in Karachi on Saturday night.
Wali came out as the winner of the match, with a brutal KO to Aslam. The knockout was so hard for Aslam that he suffered five grave injuries from it and had to be rushed to a local hospital.
Unfortunately, the injuries Aslam endured from the KO was too grave for him to handle, as soon after being taken to the hospital, the pugilist was pronounced dead.
The disheartening news was shared on Facebook by professional Pakistani boxer Usman Wazeer, who expressed his condolences over the sad passing of his fellow boxer.
“Our prayers are with him. May Allah forgive him and all the boxers. Keep your protection in peace. Amen,” Wazeer wrote on Facebook, along with a short clip of the brutal KO that indirectly caused Aslam his life.

The bout between Aslam and Wali was hosted as a charity match but according to a local report, there were no medical personnel present beside the ring during the fight.
Wali Khan, the winner of the bout was also seen rushing to a knocked down Aslam, lying in the ring, soon after the match was over, but it was already too late as rushing him to the hospital also went in vain.
