Paulie Malignaggi has always been vocal about poor judging and corruption in the boxing game from a long time.

The former two-division boxing champ was working ringside as an analyst for Showtime and showed his dissatisfaction at how the judge Alejandro Rochin scored the WBC Heavyweight title.

Alejandro Rochin scored it 115-111 for Wilder which was not only criticized by Paulie but also by other media outlets. Paulie clearly felt that the decision was a joke and the judge Alejandro Rochin shouldn’t work for  another day in boxing.

Paulie said,”I don’t know what else to tell you. We’re looking at highlights of a fight we should be breaking down and why the result is the way it is, but I can’t tell you why the result is the way it is. ‘We’re looking at certain highlights, but then I’ve got to explain why the result went this way? I don’t know what to tell you any more.”

Just this Monday ,Paulie had a conversation with Luke Thomas over  a call about the 1st round of the fight awarded to Wilder, improper judging, the tough thing between close and controversial calls in big fights and other aspects of boxing corruption.

Malignaggi’s point on being vocal about boxing corruption and poor judging makes sense as he once found himself at the wrong end of a controversial decision loss to Juan Diaz back in 2009 and made his infamous statement about how shit boxing is and he is only in the sport because of the good pay day.
