Paulo Costa vs Yoel Romero in the works for UFC 241

UFC middleweight prospect Paulo Costa was suspended by USADA for six-months following his use of banned IVs. His suspension ended on February 10, 2019. He didn’t have a therapeutic use exemption for IVs.

But now UFC is looking forward to booking Paulo Costa against former UFC middleweight title challenger Yoel Romero for UFC 241 which will take place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California on 17th August. The main event headliners are Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier.

Although both Romero and Costa were slated to fight each other back in November, the fight fell through after Costa suffered an injury and had to pull out of the fight.

Costa has had an incredible journey so far, he made his debut in March of 2017 and has since won all his fights via knockout inside round 2. He last fought at UFC 226 against Uriah Hall and brutally knocked him out.

Romero, on the other hand, is coming off of a split-decision loss to Robert Whittaker at UFC 225 last year. Before that he knocked out Yoel Romero at UFC 221 in the third round.

Both fighters have verbally agreed to the bout, but UFC hasn’t finalised it yet.

Who do you guys think wins this fight?
