While there is absolutely no doubt in anyone’s mind that the UFC 229 headliner bout between the current UFC lightweight champion Khabib “The Eagle” Nurmagomedov and former champ champ ‘The Notorious” Conor McGregor is quite easily the biggest fight in the history of MMA. Even though McGregor is still the biggest star of not only MMA but the entire combat sports world and one of the biggest and most popular athletes and celebrities in the world, after UFC 229 and his historic victory over the Irishman, even Nurmagomedov has garnered the attention of a global, international media. There is currently a sword hanging over the Russian’s head due to his post-fight antics and many have called for him to be suspended, stripped of his title, while the UFC will probably also ban his brother Tukhagov for life. Nurmagomedov has issued an ultimatum himself that if his brother is released then he too will leave and other companies such as professional wrestling giants, WWE are apparently ready to pounce on this opportunity.

The Daegestani eagle recently took to Twitter and revealed that WWE want him to sign for them. He asked his followers about what he should do and also put in a sneaky hashtag about smashing Brock Lesnar.
