Brittney Palmer is an artist, host, dancer and a model, who is currently working as an octagon girl for UFC.
Palmer was born on 24th June 1987 in San Diego, California. Her family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, when she was young. Growing up near the entertainment hub is what encouraged her to want to be in that industry. Her husband was Aaron Zewelski, who was accused of attempted murder back in 2014.
Brittney had always loved art and the romanticizing of it. To study it further, she attended the University of California in Los Angeles. During her enrollment, she focused primarily on painting and the use of acrylics. She graduated with a bachelor’s in visual arts. Palmer did not wait until finishing college, however, to begin her career
At the age of 18, Brittney began modeling and working on The Strip in Las Vegas, an infamous stretch of entertainment venues in the city. She first worked for the Ultimate Variety Show; an entertainment show that features over 14 acts ranging from prop comedians and acrobats to dancers and musicians. After working there, she got her own act in the show Jubilee, which was the longest-running show in the city until it closed in February of 2016.
She then moved on to work under the famous magician Nathan Burton as an assistant before ultimately becoming the lead dancer on the show X Burlesque, a show which features dancing to rock, country, and R&B music at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino.
In 2014, Brittney switched from working on stage to working in the cage. She first worked with the league World Extreme Cagefighting. In October of 2010, World Extreme Cagefighting merged with UFC, and Palmer went with it. There, she readies players and the ring between rounds, riles up the audience, and announces fights.
After gaining publicity from the ring, she started her own clothing line called Stone Free. She continues to model, most often with other octagon girls, and uses that to promote her clothes. She also still sells and pursues her own art.
While she is not a participator of the sport professionally, But Palmer also knows Brazilian jiu-jitsu and loves to use it to stay in shape.
