The only female double champion in the the UFC – Amanda Nunes is among the latest name of athletes who have posed for ESPN’s annual body issue.
Nunes is currently one of the biggest names in women’s mixed martial arts. She is the dominant female on the UFC roster – holding up belts in both the Bantamweight and the Featherweight division. She is now undefeated for 9 straight UFC appearances and has wins against all the big names on the UFC roster. She was also named Female Fighter of The Year at the World MMA Awards. Her being on ESPN’s annual issue goes on to prove her the credibility of her success.
The print edition of ESPN The Magazine will come out on the September 7th, and will feature the 11th annual Body Issue. Photos from her ESPN shoot have now been released. They can be found on the ESPN website. You can also have a look at some of the samples below.

A list of other athletes featured in the issue are basketball player Liz Cambage and American football player Myles Garrett. Nunes also joins a company of established MMA fighters who’ve graced the magazine such as Conor McGregor, Jon Jones, Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate.
Nunes’ last title defense was against Holy Holm, whom she knocked out in the very first round. Her next fight is scheduled for December 14 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The Brazilian will be facing bantamweight contender German de Randamie.
