Rafael dos Anjos’ career was seemingly revitalised after moving up to the welterweight division. While many people believed that he would not fare well in the division, he defied all odds and racked up three impressive victories. However, since then he has been on the losing end of two fights against two high-level wrestlers who are now top contenders. Many fans and pundits alike have even suggested that he should consider moving down to lightweight again and that he should focus more on cutting weight. In a recent tweet, RDA verbally slammed all such keyboard warriors.
RDA’s most impressive victory at 170 pounds came against Robbie Lawler. He also defeated Tarec Saffiediene and Neil Magny. However, he then lost to Colby Covington and Kamaru Usman.
RDA took to Twitter to express his displeasure with those who have themselves never cut weight. Here’s what he tweeted:
If you never cut weight in your life don’t tell me you know how hard it is. You have no clue, I’m sorry. #JustSaying
