The co-main event was the most awaited by fight fans as Brazilian superstar Jose Aldo was fighting.

Jose Aldo won the fight via 2nd round TKO over Renato Moicano.
Many fighters congratulated Jose Aldo over the win and among such fighters was Conor McGregor.
Though Conor didn’t congratulate Aldo but acknowledged the atmosphere after Jose emerged as the winner.
Conor tweeted,What an amazing atmosphere at UFC Brazil tonight.

I would LOVE to compete there for all the passionate Brazilian fans at some stage of my career.
I was so close to securing a bout in Rio last year. It was essentially a done deal.

The former lightweight champion, Rafael Dos Anjos replied to Conor tweet and said, We have unfinished business, we got close to get it done twice. You pick the weightclass #RDA #Brasil #JesusFirst.


They both were scheduled to fight at UFC 196 but RDA pulled out due to injury(broken foot).

Conor McGregor presently is facing a suspension that will end on 6 April. Let’s see whom Conor McGregor chooses to fight next.
