This evening in Missouri, Smith (38-21 MMA) will make his final appearance. “Lionheart” is hoping to end a losing streak of two fights when he enters his farewell battle. The 36-year-old lost to Roman Dolidze via majority decision in June of last year before being knocked out by Dominick Reyes at UFC 310.

With two of his most recent wins occurring inside the Octagon, Zhang Mingyang (18-6 MMA) is presently on an eleven-fight winning streak. In his most recent fight, the Chinese sensation defeated Ozzy Diaz via first-round knockout in November of last year.

Zhang Mingyang starts off with some low kicks as the first round of the main event at UFC Kansas City gets underway. In the pocket, the warriors exchange blows.
