Results of the UFC London: Jan Blachowicz loses against Carlos Ulberg (Highlights)

For the first time since losing to Alex Pereira via split decision at UFC 291 in July 2023, Blachowicz (29-10-1 MMA) will be competing. In his last five Octagon outings, the Polish powerhouse has a 2-2-1 record.

The UFC London co-main event starts with a low kick exchange between the competitors. Carlos Ulberg, followed by a low kick after a combination. A right punch is partially landed by Jan Blachowicz as he steps forward. Another low-kick exchange. Of the two, Jan’s was the more difficult. Ulberg kicked low after jabbing. Blachowicz responds by delivering two inside low kicks. A powerful jab up the middle is sneaked in by him. Both guys seem wary of each other’s authority. Ulberg kicks his way to the corpse. The former champion delivered a forceful low kick after taking a jab to the body. Carlos Ulberg is currently in a vulnerable position. A jab to the chest from Jan Blachowicz. “Black Jag,” in response, with a low kick. The Polish star took another jab. The fighters trade low kicks. Jan wins another. Carlos does, too. Blachowicz attempts a high kick but fails. Ulberg jabbed in front of the horn.

Carlos Ulberg wins a good 1-2 as the second round of the UFC London co-main event gets underway. The combatants then exchange several low kicks. Jan Blachowicz is having trouble with his range as he attempts to build his jab. Ulberg delivered a solid kick to the body. Two jabs to the body are delivered by the former champion. “Black Jag” is returned with a low kick. Jan is now trying to exert some pressure. He hits a nice hook to the left. Ulberg gives a brief retort. Blachowicz has more low kicks. He delivers another powerful low kick after a great jab. Jan tries to go closer, but Carlos Ulberg jabs him first, followed by two low kicks. The former champion delivered another scathing jab to the body. This round is close. Ulberg keeps working on his low kicks. He kicks the body after delivering a jab up the middle. The youthful contender kicked low. A low kick from Jan Blachowicz. Ulberg’s return kick is checked by him. Jan kicked low after jabbing. Blachowicz appears to have been making the harder shots, but Ulberg is still chipping away with solid volume. Round two concludes with the sound of the horn.

Jan Blachowicz opens the third and final round of the UFC London co-main event with two powerful calf kicks. This is probably a fight for everybody. Carlos Ulberg stabbed him in the abdomen. The Polish powerhouse delivered another low kick. He pokes a jab into the body. Ulberg attempts a takedown, but Blachowicz easily blocks it. The combatants exchange blows. Ulberg visits the corpse. These days, they exchange solid shots in the pocket. Jan returns to the body and delivers a powerful low kick. More scathing remarks against Jan Blachowicz. He then delivers a forceful inside low kick.Carlos Ulberg is still using his jab to paw away. Jan checks his attempt at a low kick. Strike for strike, the combatants keep moving back and forth. Jan Blachowicz kicked him hard in the body. Ulberg kicks really low, but it’s checked again. He delivers a beautiful jab, followed by another. Jan kicked lower. Carlos responds by providing one of his own. The previous champion made a terrific jab. He hits the body with a left hook. Ulberg kicked down. Blachowicz with a huge left hook. The fight is ended by the sound of the horn. Whoever loses this one is going to have a difficult time.
