Rickson Gracie set to teach an online course for the first time

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu pioneer and one of the legendary names in Mixed Martial Arts, Rickson Gracie is set to teach an online course for the first time.

The news was revealed on Twitter by Renzo Gracie as you can see below.

Held in association with War Tribe, the seats for the classes can be booked at www.selfdefenseunit.com

The 59-year-old Gracie is a ninth degree black belt in BJJ and retired with a perfect 11-0 record in MMA. He was active in the sport for two decades having fought in Vale Tudo, Pride, and some independent promotions. His last fight came back in 2010 at the C2K: Colosseum event in Japan where he defeated Masakatsu Funaki via a rear naked choke.

As for his personal life, he has four children and one of them (Kron Gracie) is currently contracted with Rizin in Japan. Since this is the first time that the legend is offering an online course, the project is expected to get a warm response from the combat sports community.
