Matrix Fight Night- the premium Indian mixed martial arts promotion, is ready to return with a banger- the MFN 14, featuring another mouth-watering fight card, headlined by a highly anticipated Featherweight title fight between the reigning champion Sanjeet Budhwar and Abdul Azim Badakhshi.

The recently unveiled MFN 14 fight card has 12 matchups, featuring mostly Indian fighters. The four foreign fighters in the 12 fights are Chris Tibenda from Tanzania, and three fighters from Afghanistan- Zahoor Shah, Mohammad Azim Mokhlis, and the “Afghani Lion” Badakhshi.
Badakshi to challenge Sanjeet Budhwar’s 145-pound gold
The most anticipated fight of MFN 14—the main event—will be a Featherweight championship, featuring the reigning champion Sanjeet, who will be making his second title defense against Badakshi.
Fighting out of Rohtak, Sanjeet boasts a professional record of 10-2-0 and has been on a four fight win streak. In his most recent outing, Sanjeet defended his featherweight gold against Shyamanand at MFN 13, winning via split decision.

The one to challenge Sanjeet’s throne is none other than Badakshi, one of the biggest icons in the MFN roster. The Afghan fighter has a professional record of 14-3-0 and is on a four fight win streak as well, with his most recent outing in the cage resulting in a first round submission win over Hae Jin Park at MFN 13.
The co-main event of MFN 14 features another title bout- an interim bantamweight contest between the “Sher-E-Hind” seasoned veteran Mohammad Farhad and the up-and-coming Chungreng Koren aka “The Indian Rhino”.
