Sean Strickland recently made a bold remark on Netflix’s hit reality show, ‘Love On The Spectrum.’
‘Tarzan’ took to social media and disclosed that a family member introduced him to the docuseries, and Strickland has lambasted the show’s concept. “Love On The Spectrum” is a distinctive reality TV show that explores the romantic experiences of young adults who are neurodivergent and on the autism spectrum.
It has been noted that the series follows their journey through the complexities of modern relationships and love. In one of the episodes, a person who is not on the autism spectrum pursues a romantic relationship with one of the cast members.
Sean Strickland: “Wtf is wrong with you”
It seems that Sean Strickland was not a fan of the concept and expressed his disgust while sharing his thoughts on the show. Taking to his Twitter/X account, Strickland revealed that his sister-in-law introduced him to ‘Love On The Spectrum’ and stated:
“My sister-in-law is showing me a show on Netflix called ‘Love on the Spectrum’ and she’s telling me that there was normy trying to date a downy. Y’all like, wtf is wrong with you… If a homie ever brought around a downy were gonna have some serious sh*t to talk about.”

Raquel Pennington slams Sean Strickland
Meanwhile, Strickland, who has built a reputation of sharing his mind, found himself in hot water when he criticized WMMA and even wore a t-shirt that read “A woman in every kitchen, a gun in every hand” while delivering homophobic comments.
Strickland’s comments certainly upset female fighters and Raquel Pennington, who won the vacant women’s bantamweight title against Mayra Bueno Silva via unanimous decision fired back at Strickland.
Speaking on Ariel Helwani’s The MMA Hour, Pennington said:
“What you do with your life doesn’t affect me. I just think it was disgusting on his part to even be concerned about us as human beings and our lifestyle, and just the comments he was making. And at the end of the day, MMA has grown a ton. The women are here. We’re here to stay… So to criticize female athletes, I don’t agree with any of that, but I can’t control that, and that wasn’t my focus.”
Sean Strickland recently dropped the UFC Middleweight Championship to Dricus du Plessis via split decision at UFC 297.
