The bromance between UFC Lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and UFC double champion Daniel Cormier is no secret. The AKA Academy products have always come out in support of each other during necessary situations.
But at the same time, there is a funny side to the relationship that sees them pulling pranks on each other. Usually, Cormier is the one who outsmarts his teammates but this time around, Cormier was on the receiving side of a prank from Nurmagomedov.
The Russian went on to post a video of sleeping Cormier on Instagram as you can see below. Nurmagomedov also had a funny caption for the video.

If you are out of the loop, Daniel Cormier will be fighting Derrick Lewis at UFC 230 in two week time. Cormier will be putting his Heavyweight championship on the line at the pay-per-view against Lewis who is coming off a last minute knockout win at UFC 229.
A lot of questions have been raised about the medical condition of both the fighters as Cormier was recovering from a broken arm while Lewis last fought just a couple of weeks back. Nevertheless, the fight is expected to go ahead as of now.
Meanwhile, Nurmagomedov is sitting pretty on his win over Conor McGregor at UFC 229.
