ONE Championship has assembled a collection of its biggest stars for ONE Fight Night 81 this Friday.
The stacked card is one of the most highly anticipated editions of the promotion’s weekly series at Bangkok, Thailand’s Lumpinee Stadium on September 27.
In the main event, number two featherweight Muay Thai contender “Smokin” Jo Nattawut puts it all on the line against ONE Interim Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion Superbon.
The 34-year-old is also booked for his third crack at ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai at ONE 169: Atlanta in November.
Superbon, on the other hand, is eyeing a rematch opportunity of his own after suffering a razor-thin decision loss to Tawanchai this past December.
Not only is it a matchup between two of Thailand’s finest strikers, but it’s high stakes with a World Title fight potentially awaiting the winner.
Thai legend Nong-O Hama will look to continue his career resurgence in the co-headliner.
The 37-year-old takes on undefeated Russian rising star Kiamran Nabati in a bantamweight Muay Thai contest, as he works his way back toward another shot at the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title that he held from 2019 until 2023.
But Nabati has World Title aspirations of his own.
Sporting a perfect 21-0 record, the 29-year-old is 3-0 under the ONE banner so far including a crushing knockout win over Suablack TorPran49 in his latest outing.
