Themba Gorimbo’s Plans After Receiving First UFC Paycheck
After receiving his first UFC paycheck, Themba Gorimbo announced plans for several charitable initiatives to support his native country. His efforts garnered significant support, including a $10,000 donation from UFC lightweight star Dustin Poirier. Gorimbo’s good deeds even caught the eye of Dwayne Johnson, who famously gifted the fighter a house in Miami.
However, someone scammed him out of $5,000 earmarked for the library project. Despite this setback, Gorimbo remains determined to make a positive impact and plans to fund the library himself after his next fight. It’s unfortunate that there are dishonest individuals out there, but Gorimbo’s resilience is commendable.
