Things get ugly as Floyd reminds us of the crossdressing, while Oscar pulls out the domestic abuse card!

Canelo Alvarez signed a 5-year, 11 fight deal with DAZN worth $365 Million which is the single largest contract in the history of sports. Immediately after signing the deal he called out Floyd Mayweather, who is out there chasing UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. However, Floyd doesn’t seem all too interested in a rematch.

Mayweather attacked Mexican Canelo first, ripping into the boxer’s recent multi-fight $365 million megadeals then talked about his failed drug test and his suspension from the sport.

“It didn’t matter if Canelo ate his PED steak or not this night, this was by far the easiest fight of my career! Connor [sic] McQuitter was a way better fighter than Canelo’s cheating ass and I beat the brakes off him too!” he wrote.

“It takes me 36 mins or less to make $300 million plus. It literally takes me 1 night and 1 fight to make what you might make in 5 years and 11 fights! So really, who’s still winning? You do the math!”

Floyd also stated that he felt Connor “McQuitter” was a far superior striker to Canelo.

This didn’t sit well with Boxing legend and CEO of Golden Boy Promotions Oscar De La Hoya as he quickly took to Twitter and praised Canelo’s deal and called Floyd a ‘Women Beater’.

This only made things worse, as Floyd posted Oscar De La Hoya’s old pics where he wore fishnets and boxing gloves and bringing up their 2007 fight, which Mayweather won by split decision. The fight was very close, but many felt that it could have gone either way.

It’s highly unlikely that Floyd fights Canelo now, considering Canelo is a totally different animal now and is much better than their last encounter which took place in 2013.
