Francis Ngannou is back with a bang as he scored a devastating technical knockout over Curtis Blaydes in just 45-seconds at UFC Fight Night 141 in Beijing. This victory comes at a very crucial moment as he has had a bad year, where he got dominated by Stipe Miocic and got beat by Derrick Lewis at UFC 226 in what is considered as the most boring fight in the history of UFC.
He needed a win very badly and he has earned that after receiving continues criticism from fight fans. The fight started on the feet with both fighters maintaining a distance, when suddenly Blaydes attempted a takedown and got knocked down by Ngannou. Then Ngannou jumped all over Blaydes hitting him with hard shots to the face and then finally the referee stepped in to stop the fight.

Although, Blaydes felt like the stoppage was early judging by his facial expression.
Twitter went bonkers over that knockout victory, as Ngannou announced that he is back.
Lessons learned.

He's back. Francis Ngannou stops Curtis Blaydes in under 30 seconds of the opening round. Good stoppage from Marc Goddard in my opinion. #UFCBeijing https://t.co/i1hxCzyJdz

Perhaps the craziest thing about Francis Ngannou is – We still don’t really know how good he is. He has the power to knock out any man on earth, but the technical flaws that were exposed and the questions that were raised in his recent losses remain unanswered. #UFCBeijing

Francis Ngannou finishes Curtis Blaydes via TKO in the first round in China. He told me earlier in the week he thought his confidence was back after a long year, but it probably wouldn’t be completely back until he got a win again. A 44-second KO should do. pic.twitter.com/6vC9AYAxWS
