WBC World Heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has said that he is very much interested in taking on the former UFC heavyweight champion and currently a free agent Francis Ngannou inside the boxing ring.
“Francis Ngannou, I know you’re out of contract with the UFC,” Fury told SecondsOut Boxing on Saturday. “You want to earn some big boy money? Come and see ‘The Gypsy King’ and let’s do a big, big fight for the baddest MF on the planet. Let’s kick it up, spicy, in a cage, four-ounce gloves, under Queensberry, and let’s have a badass referee like ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson. Oh, did I just sell that to the world?‘”

Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou in Boxing?
Ngannou highlighted boxing as a likely next endeavour in the days after receiving official notice of his UFC departure, and he listed Tyson Fury as his first choice for a potential opponent.
When Fury invited Ngannou into the ring after defeating Dillian Whyte in April, the heavyweights started circling for a fight. Ngannou’s ongoing affiliation with the UFC at the time prevented any major financial interest in the fight.
Ngannou can sign anywhere he wants now that the legal links have been severed. On the other side, Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury may meet in a highly awaited heavyweight fight.
