Yesterday, WBC heavyweight champion of the world Deontay Wilder successfully defended his title for the tenth consecutive times after knocking out his former foe Luis Ortiz in the seventh round at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas.

The fight was going exactly like their first encounter which took place in Brooklyn, New York last year, where the Cuban was dominating the majority of the fight until the Bronze Bomber turned things around in the 11th round to drop Luis twice and then stopping him.

This fight ultimately sets up the most anticipating rematch between Wilder and Tyson Fury in February next year. Their first fight took exactly a year ago at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, where the fight ended in a highly controversial draw. Their first encounter was perhaps the biggest heavyweight boxing fight to take place on the American soil since Mike Tyson vs. Lennox Lewis, which took place seventeen years ago in 2002 in Memphis.

Tyson Fury reacted to Wilder’s win over Ortiz and said that the American didn’t have a chance against him.

“Wilder has nothing more than a punchers chance vs me, I’m gonna school even more than the first fight. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 #BUMCITY” Fury tweeted.

How do you guys see this fight going?
