After a long time of scheduling and re-scheduling, the title fight between Max Holloway and Frankie Edgar finally made it tonight but it ended up to be a one sided play as Max Holloway has defended his 145 lbs title belt for another time. Max used his distance, control and educated jabs to keep Frankie at bay and land some nasty shots that led to him bleeding by the fifth round. With this win, Max has now 16 wins in feather weight division, the 2nd most only after 18 wins of Jose Aldo.
