UFC 271 brings us one of the most anticipated rematches of 2022. UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya will be defending his title against former champion Robert Whittaker in the main event. The pair previously fought at UFC 243 in Australia and in that fight, Robert Whittaker was brutally knocked out in the second round. Since the stoppage win back in 2019, Israel Adesanya and gone up to defend his title multiple times and Whittaker has also taken the slow route back and has fought his way back to the title shot having defeated the likes of Darren Till, Jared Cannonier and Kelvin Gastelum.
