Alistair Overeem has had a long and illustrious carrer both as a kickboxer and as a mixed martial artist. However, in terms of value given to his fight, he can surely boast of having seen better days. From headlining the co-main event of UFC 218, in which he suffered a vicious first round knockout at the hands of Francis Ngannou, back in December 2017 Overeem has dropped down straight to the prelims of UFC 225, where he is scheduled to go up against fellow heavyweight Curtis Blaydes.

Despite all this, the Dutch kickboxer has his shoulders up. Replying to a tweet by Golden Glory teammate Gokhan Saki, Overeem promises to take care of his buisness at UFC 225.
Thnx my friend, will handle my business this Saturday https://t.co/2ydgaM2hPi

Saki himself is supposed to fight next month at UFC 226 against Khalil Rountree Jr., which is his first fight after his much awaited UFC debut in September 2017.
