UFC: Dana White claims that there is a very high chance of Brock Lesnar fighting in the UFC again

Speaking to Sirius XM’s ‘Happy Hour’ show hosted by Kevin Harvick, UFC President Dana White painted a heavily optimistic picture about Brock Lesnar fighting in the UFC again.

Asked about the odds of Lesnar fighting in the UFC again, White paused for a second before replying with a chuckle that they are ‘very, very, very, very good.’

That must come as music to the ears of the UFC at least, as they have had to deal with struggling pay-per-view numbers in the absence of bonafide draws and superstars.

Conor McGregor is still in negotiation to fight in the promotion in 2018, Jon Jones’ MMA career hangs by a thread and Ronda Rousey has signed on full time with the WWE.

In this climate, it does the UFC a world of good if Lesnar comes the other way and jumps ship from the WWE. Whether he sticks around, however, is an entirely different kettle of fish.

Lesnar has been notorious for pitting the WWE and the UFC against one another in the past, like when he positioned himself to have a one-off mega fight at UFC 200 against Mark Hunt before returning to the WWE on a full-time basis.

Similarly, this could also be a one-off fight for the former UFC Heavyweight Champion.

However, to even step into the Octagon again, Lesnar would need to intimate to USADA that he is willing to get back into their testing pool and would also be required to serve out the remainder of his 1-year sentence that he picked up after testing positive for PEDs following his victory over Mark Hunt at UFC 200.

Meanwhile, former Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping claimed to know who Brock Lesnar will fight when he returns to the UFC as well. However, he did not reveal the name on his podcast as he didn’t want to breach the trust of UFC president Dana White.
