Mike Jackson might’ve defeated CM Punk, but he has failed to impress UFC President Dana White. White was not apparently happy with the way Jackson carried himself during the fight and was vocal about it as well.
Interestingly, White was also quizzed about a possible fight between Artem Lobov and Mike Jackson. He was not very interested in the idea and went on to state that Artem would kill Jackson.
“Artem might kill him. That might be the first death in the UFC. I think that’s a bad fight for Mike Jackson and I think Mike Jackson needs to go back to being a reporter or doing whatever the hell he did before he goofed around tonight,” White said.
Jackson is now 1-1 in his MMA and UFC career with his win coming against CM Punk and loss against Mickey Gall. It would be interesting to see whether or not UFC would give Jackson another chance.
