UFC Fight Island is set to host its first Fight Night event of its second stint at Yas Islands in Abu Dhabi. UFC Fight Island 4 will feature a female bantamweight bout between Holly Holm and Irene Aldana.
Holly Holm is coming off of a unanimous decision victory over Raquel Pennington earlier this year at UFC 246. Prior to that, she lost to Amanda Nunes via TKO at UFC 235.
Irene Aldana, on the other hand, is coming off of a TKO victory over Ketlen Vieira at UFC 245 last year. Prior to that, she defeated Vanessa Melo via decision at UFC Fight Night 159.
In the co-main event, Yorgan De Castro takes on Carlos Felipe. Castro is coming off of a unanimous decision loss to Greg Hardy at UFC 249 earlier this year. On the other hand, Carlos Felipe also lost his last fight to Sergey Spivak at UFC Fight Night 172 in July.

Men’s bantamweight: Casey Kenney (15-2-1, 4-1 UFC) defeats Alateng Heili (14-8-1, 2-1 UFC) by unanimous decision
Strawweight: Loma Lookboonmee (5-2, 2-1 UFC) defeats Jinh Yu Frey (9-6, 0-2 UFC) by unanimous decision
Middleweight: Nassourdine Imavov (9-2, 1-0 UFC) defeats Jordan Williams (9-4, 0-1 UFC) by unanimous decision
Men’s featherweight: Charles Jourdain (10-3-1, 1-2-1 UFC) vs. Josh Culibao (8-1-1, 0-1-1 UFC) fight to a split draw
Welterweight: Carlos Condit (30-13, 7-9 UFC) vs. Court McGee (20-9, 10-6 UFC) by unanimous decision
Middleweight: Dusko Todorovic (9-0, 0-0 UFC) knocks out Dequan Townsend (21-11, 0-3 UFC) in the second round.
Men’s bantamweight: Kyler Phillips (7-1, 1-0 UFC) DEFEATS Cameron Else (10-4, 0-0 UFC) via TKO in second round
Women’s bantamweight: Germaine de Randamie (9-4, 6-2 UFC) DEFEATS Julianna Pena (10-3, 5-1 UFC) via guillotine submission in round 3
