UFC: Khabib Nurmagomedov has bolstered his security team

Khabib “The Eagle” Nurmagomedov is currently locked in a heated rivalry with “The Notorious” Conor McGregor. Nurmagomedov, who is now the undisputed UFC lightweight champion, faced an attack from McGregor before his title fight at UFC 223. With their rivalry getting more intense and heated by the day, the Russian champion is eager to face the Irishman inside the octagon but has stepped up his security to avoid any controversial incidents like the bus attack incident before UFC 223.

Nurmagomedov had a physical altercation with his fellow Russian McGregor’s close friend and teammate Artem Lobov, after Lobov had trash-talked about Nurmagomedov. The Daegestani had slapped Lobov which angered McGregor and led to the bus attack.

Nurmagomedov recently posted a picture on his Instagram handle with some of his bodyguards. He revealed in the caption that his new security team is from Azerbaijan. Below is Khabib’s picture:
