After the Bus incident fiasco at UFC 223 where Conor McGregor and his teammates from Ireland attacked Bus filled with UFC fighters who were scheduled to fight at UFC 223, the fight which everyone now wants to see is Conor McGregor vs Khabib Nurmagomedov. Khabib picked up a fight with Conor McGregor’s teammate Artem Lobov, which resulted in Conor McGregor flying all the way from Ireland to New York with his gang of thugs and launch a full blown attack on Khabib and his team. This resulted in Conor facing multiple counts of criminal charges and him being arrested.

Khabib who is in Russia right now attended an event at his former university where he was honored and did a Q&A with the student and the management where he revealed that there was currently negotiations going on for McGregor fight to happen.

Khabib said,” There is no opponent at the moment, but there are negotiations about a possible fight at the end of the year. For me, it makes no difference, to be honest. I will fight whoever they give me. As long as I am healthy and have a desire to fight I will be defending my title.

There are negotiations about a fight with McGregor, but I don’t want the negotiations to draw out and take to long.If I won’t be able to come to an agreement with Conor to fight by the end of this year I would like to fight Poirier or another fighter.

(Some people in the crowd say he’s not good enough)

Not good enough for a UFC title fight you say? I don’t agree with that. He’s fought 20 fights in the UFC. He is a worthy fighter, but I sure don’t have any respect for Dustin.

If I fight Conor, you won’t see a fight like with Barboza or Iaquinta. With Conor, I’ll wrestle, take him down and break him.”

Needless to say, Conor vs Khabib is the fight whole world wants to see and with the series of events that occurred during the UFC 223 media events and Conor getting arrested which resulted in the entire world Media covering this fiasco, Conor vs Khabib could very well be the biggest PPV fight in the history of UFC .
