This weekend, #8 ranked welterweight Neil Magny will enter enemy territory as he takes on dangerous Argentinian #10 ranked Santiago ‘Gente Boa’ Ponzinibbio in the main event of UFC Fight Night 140 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Magny is considered by many as one of the most underrated fighters in the welterweight division. Magny does not opt to trash talk and this soft spoken nature combined with diverse skill set has helped Magny to creep up the rankings.
His humble approach was again on display during the open workouts of Fight Night Buenos Aires where Magny invited a fan to grapple with him. (via Twitter):

Magny’s humble approach was on display in his last fight as well where he defeated Cage Warriors veteran Craig White by first round knockout back at Fight Night Liverpool in May. Magny donated $15,000 of his winnings that night to help a family in need of funds to cover medical expenses for their one-year old daughter suffering from Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
Magny addressed the issue opening about his own injury 18 months ago which could have potentially had career ending repercussions.
