Henry Cejudo has threatened to bend knees of both Aljamain Sterling and Petr Yan on the same night.
Henry Cejudo will make his bantamweight title defence against Jose Aldo at UFC 250 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The fight will take place at the Ginásio do Ibirapuera Arena.
Henry Cejudo was been calling out Aldo for quite some time now. The pair have also occasionally engaged in trash talks on social media. While Aldo is without a doubt a legend in the sport, he is coming off of a unanimous decision loss to Marlon Moraes at UFC 245.
Even after his loss, UFC president Dana White is adamant in making a fight between Cejudo and Aldo. This move has received criticism from fans and UFC fighters alike. Top bantamweight contenders like Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling have been very vocal on this issue.
Petr Yan criticises Henry Cejudo for not wanting to fight him
Petr Yan is coming off of an incredible knockout win over Urijah Faber at UFC 245. He has fought six times in the UFC and has been undefeated so far inside the organisation. Yan went as far as saying that giving Aldo a title shot was bad for the UFC.
“I lost all respect for Cejudo. He doesn’t want to defend his belt against a real number one contender,” Petr Yan said to BJPENN.com in an interview last December. “He wants to fight someone with zero wins in 135 division and on a two-fight losing streak, and far from the peak of his career. UFC shouldn’t support this behaviour if they want to keep any significance to that belt. Honestly, it will be bad for the sport.”
“He is a triple clown who is trying to turn our sport into a circus. He knows I’m a terrible matchup for him,” he explained. “That’s why he is trying to avoid fighting me.”
Earlier this month, Sterling sent out a tweet calling out Petr Yan. He said that he isn’t afraid to fight him, unlike Henry Cejudo.
Now Cejudo has responded to the tweet stating that he can beat both Sterling and Yan on the same night.
I love how cute you guys Trash 🗑 talk. How about I make both of you bend the knee on same night! Sincerely your pimp – Triple C https://t.co/ol2F0Dt8H9

Do you guys agree with UFC’s decision to give Aldo a title shot? How would Cejudo perform against the like of Sterling and Yan?
