UFC: Nick Diaz is now focused on making his return to the UFC

Nick Diaz had allegedly been involved in a domestic violence case, as he had allegedly assaulted a female acquaintance in June. However, on Thursday morning, the Clark County (Nev.) Distract Attorney refused to pursue the case and it was also further rejected and dismissed by a Las Vegas court judge.

Diaz later took to social-media to express his gratitude and also revealed that he is now ready to focus on his return to the octagon. Here’s an excerpt from Diaz’s tweet:

I’m grateful this case is finally over. I want to thank my team and my lawyer Ross Goodman for the excellent work….I’m happy to put this chapter of my life behind me and I’m looking forward to focusing on my return.
