Fight Night 132 features an interesting co-main event of well rounded light heavyweights as #7 ranked Ovince St. Preux (22-11 MMA, 10-6 UFC) takes on #13 ranked upcoming prospect Tyson Pedro (7-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC).

OSP has experience on his side and would showcase that at on Fight Night to derail the rise of Pedro.
“I was that guy he is at one point in time,” said Saint Preux, who climbed the ranks under the Stikeforce banner before doing the same in the UFC. “If you look at the light heavyweight division when I first came in, a lot of the up-and-coming guys you didn’t know.
“He’s a kid in the situation I was in when I first started, trying to make a name for himself, but it’s going to be one of those situations where sometimes trying to make a name for yourself can get you into trouble.”
“He’s hungry, but my a** is hungrier than he is,” he added. “It’s just one of those things where when you’re in that situation, you feel good about yourself and this is more of a fun thing and you’re excited. That’s great, but it’s different for me now. I’m hungry. I’m seeing red right now.”
Saint Preux also revealed his strategy against Pedro and it’s fairly simple.
“My coach said, ‘Get in his face and hurt him,’” laughed Saint Preux when asked about what he needs to do to emerge with a win this weekend. “Talent-wise, he’s a good up-and-coming fighter, but I don’t think he has the attributes or qualities that I have right now.
“So I’m just going to stick in his face and punish him.”
