VIDEO: Liverpool Fans throw beer at the opponent after hometown boxer bitten in the stomach

In an extremely bizarre incident, last night Heavyweight Kash Ali (15-1, 7 KOs) bit another heavyweight David Price in the stomach in Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena in a boxing event promoted by Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Promotions.

In a scheduled 10-round fight, Birmingham based Kash Ali was boxing pretty well and was on his way to upset hometown star David Price, but in the fifth round, Price landed a clean right hand that wobbled Ali, he then caught Price in a clinch and took him down to the canvas and but the Liverpudlian four-times in the stomach.

The referee, Mark Lyson immediately stopped the fight and Price won the fight. At the time of the disqualification, Ali was ahead on the judges’ scorecards. David Price then said in the post-fight interview that Ali has asked for the rematch, but he refuses to ever share the ring with him.

I don’t want to share the ring again with an animal like that,” Price said. “He did a couple early on and I thought he had lost his head completely. I hurt him to the body just before the final bite he took.

The biting incident didn’t sit well with the Liverpool fans and they hurled and rained down pints beer at Ali as he was escorted safely out by the security team.
