Former UFC star Ronda Rousey isn’t the one to panic as coronavirus infects more and more people each day.

Coronavirus has taken a huge toll on all of us. People around the world are panicking as the virus is increasing its footprint. Folks can be seen lining outside supermarkets stocking up on goods.

The scare is so real amongst the general public that they can be seen fighting with each other in malls over toilet papers and hand sanitizers and other basic utilities.

Ronda Rousey: “Our coronavirus panic shopping list is: Nonexistent.”

However, Ronda Rousey showed her readiness for the pandemic on Instagram. Check out her preparedness below:

Rousey captioned the video: Our coronavirus panic shopping list is: Nonexistent. It’s no secret I’ve been a proud preppier for years- but let’s all learn from this pandemic panic and be a little more self-sufficient and prepared in the future. Taking steps to live sustainably takes time but ultimately saves money, permanently eliminates water and power bills, reduces our carbon footprint, and is just plain healthier.”

She adds, “If you’re prepared, there’s no need to panic. I think we should all learn from this coronavirus pandemic to be a little bit more prepared next time – just in case something more serious happens.”

This virus has also affected the sporting world with major leagues like NBA and Seria A canceling their entire season. UFC has also taken precautionary measures against the spread of Coronavirus.

UFC has taken special precautions against the spread of Coronavirus. They have shifted the Overeem vs. Harris and Ngannou vs. Rozenstruik from their original location to the Apex facility in Las Vegas.

UFC president Dana White talked to POTUS regarding Coronavirus situation

Dana White said that he talked to US President Donald Trump regarding this whole situation. He also said that he was directly working with NSAC Bob Bennett in regards to the safety of the athletes.

I talked to the president and the vice president about this, and they’re taking this very serious,” White said. “They’re saying, ‘Be cautious, be careful, but live your life and stop panicking.’ Everybody is panicking, and instead of panicking, we’re actually getting out there and working with doctors and health officials and the government to figure out how to keep the sport safe and continue to put on events.”

We’re working directly with the Nevada State Athletic Commission and executive director Bob Bennett,” he said. “We’re always looking out for the health and safety of our fans, our athletes, whatever it might be. Obviously, this thing is going on, we’re going to do the same thing: We’re going to make sure two healthy athletes are competing.” (H/T- MMA Fighting)
