Volkan Oezdemir has his next task lined up for. The Swiss fighter will fight undefeated prospect Aleksandar Rakic at UFC Busan on Dec. 21.
The news was broken by UFC officials in a tweet.

Aleksandar Rakic is yet to face defeat in his 12 fight long professional career. He has made four appearances under the UFC banner. In those four fights he has racked up wins over Francimar Barroso, Justin Ledet, Devin Clark and Jimi Manuwa. In a 205 pound division that is seeing the lowest stretch of talent in recent history, Rakic is looking to make a quick upsurge to the top.
His opponent, Volkan Oezdemir, broke his three fight losing streak in an impressive fashion in his last visit to the Octagon. His time in the UFC can be divided into two halves of exactly contrasting performances. In his first three fights he had wins against big names like Ovince Saint Preux and Jimi Manuwa. After that he made a failed bid to capture the 205 pound belt from Daniel Cormier. He would also go on to lose his next two fights to Anthony Smith and Dominick Reyes.
