After Colby Covington won the interim UFC welterweight belt, it was widely being assumed that he will now face off against the champion Tyron Woodley to decide who is the undisputed king of the UFC welterweights. However, Woodley instead faced Darren Till at UFC 228 and is now going to face Kamaru Usman at UFC 235. Covington has been completely sidelined by the UFC for unknown reasons and hasn’t fought even once since winning the interim title. Thus, Covington has seemingly now revolted against the UFC, he not only publicly hunted down the UFC President Dana White to ask him why he was not fighting against Woodley but he also hijacked Usman’s open workout.
Usman was showcasing his skills to the fans by doing an open workout. However, much to everyone’s surprise, Covington suddenly dropped at Usman’s open workout out of nowhere with a megaphone in his hand and began yelling insults at Usman.
