As the President of UFC, Dana White has a number of things to do. One of them is ensuring that a card is set up with the best possible fights that it can have. Another is to make sure that people are aware of it and tune in to watch it. Having already succeeded with the former tremendously with UFC 235: Jones vs Smith, he was pursuing the latter, in a promo.
In an intense video promo of UFC 235, Dana White talked about each fight that was there on the card in an extremely intense manner. The way in which he spoke made it even more obvious that he himself was hyped for the card.
He talked about almost all the fights on the card — the two title headliners, the debut of Ben Askren, and every other fight that followed.

While everyone was suitably pumped up by the promo, one UFC Champion could not help but make a quip at the expense of the boss. Khabib Nurmagomedov, currently suspended for 9-months due to his UFC 229 post-fight brawl, tweeted out in reply to the promo, where he praised Dana White and then said that when UFC fired him White would have a good career on television.
