WWE attained an emergency restraining order against a fan named Armando Alejandro Montalvo who has been harassing the company since 2015, according to a report by TMZ Sports.
In August of 2015, Montalvo was shot outside the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida when he charged at a deputy who believed Montalvo had a knife with him. A month prior this incident, in July 2015, Montalvo had smeared his own feces on the walls of the WWE Performance Center according to court documents. Before all of this, Montalvo regularly harassed the staff at the Performance Center, begging them to train him.

He made an appearance once again at a WWE event venue in March this year, harassing employees and screaming: “My new wrestling nickname is Generation Flex because my d*ck and my balls is bigger than Generation Ex.” WWE found out about the threats posted by Montalvo on his social media, with one Instagram message sent by him on April 4 about threatening the WWE staff and the wrestlers which said:
“Lord forgive me for what I’m about to do, [because] I know I’m a hundred percent real with it. And every single wrestler is gonna be saying their prayers by the time it’s all said and done. Because if you wanna know why, cuz I’m a wild man.”
WWE stated that Montalvo had also threatened to use his semen in a biological attack. The company filed an emergency restraining order and the court records shows that the order was granted.
Montalvo has continued to post videos regularly on his social media where he rants against Vince McMahon and the WWE in profanity-filled, delirious raves. Montalvo posted a video on Instagram addressing the restraining order issued by the WWE, which you can check out below.
