Ever since the newly crowned UFC middleweight champion Israel The Last Stylebender Adesanya won his belt, challengers such as Paulo Costa and even Yoel Romero have been lining up for a shot at his belt. Costa and Romero have made multiple call-outs to the champion, who has not yet shown any evidence as to who his next opponent will be. All this has led to Romero, Costa and Adesanya being involved in some rather hilarious yet heated social media back and forth exchanges.
Romero recently posted a video on his Instagram in which he called out Adesanya by sending him the following message:
Hey Israel, why you say I see you boy, why you say I see you soon boy? No, no, no, you don’t need to say something like this. Give me the (expletive) date. Give me the (expletive) date. Tell Dana White the (expletive) date, alright? That’s it.
On the other hand, Costa jumped in the comment section of this post by Romero and told him to stay away from Adesanya, as he was his prey. Here’s what he wrote in the comments:
O my goodness, are you alive? Stay cool wherever you’re cause this funny skinny clown is my prey. I’ll defeat him on April, as I did with you, old Cuban.
