The recent UFC 300 event witnessed an unexpected incident involving fighter Arman Tsarukyan. As Tsarukyan made his walkout to the Octagon, he appeared to throw punches at a spectator in a wild altercation. The fan involved in this scuffle has now spoken out, shedding light on the situation and expressing his intentions.

The fan, identified as Obed Ardon, responded with an open and light-hearted perspective regarding the incident. Despite Dana White’s concerns about potential lawsuits, Ardon clarified that he has no intention of suing the UFC. Instead, he had a unique request for UFC CEO Dana White: tickets to UFC 303 featuring Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler.

The fan whom Arman Tsarukyan hit has a strange demand

In an interview, Ardon explained the sequence of events: “I’d like to apologize to Arman for provoking him by flipping him off. I was buzzing all day, and the moment got to me. It was my first time attending a live UFC event, and it was absolutely incredible. I’m glad the incident wasn’t as bad as it could have been.”

Ardon emphasized that he didn’t pull Arman Tsarukyan toward him, yell offensive words, or engage in any other aggressive behavior. His gesture was limited to flipping Tsarukyan off. He concluded by congratulating Arman on his great performance and wished him luck in his future fights.

Arman Tsarukyan went on to secure a close split decision victory against former champion Charles Oliveira at UFC 300, potentially setting him up for a title shot after the upcoming matchup between champion Islam Makhachev and Dustin Poirier at UFC 302. As for Ardon, he’s hoping for a different kind of victory: tickets to witness McGregor vs. Chandler in UFC 303.
